A nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required upon admission to secure your place in the program. This deposit guarantees your spot in your first semester of courses and will be applied toward your first semester’s tuition.

Admissions Requirements

Admission to the online Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology program is designed for transfer students, working professionals, and STEM-focused learners ready to build careers in information systems, data analytics, and applied computing fields. Applicants should demonstrate prior college-level academic experience and meet program eligibility requirements.

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Complete the online application and submit the $50 application fee
  • Have at least a 2.5 GPA and at least 24 college credit hours earned after high school. Dual-enrollment coursework completed during high school does not satisfy the minimum transfer eligibility requirements. Applicants may also qualify through completion of an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science at an accredited Oklahoma community college
  • Submit official transcripts from all previous institutions
  • Be in good academic standing at all previously attended institutions

Application Timeline

The admissions committee uses a rolling admissions process, reviewing applications as they are received. Admissions may remain open until two weeks before classes begin, though some programs may have earlier deadlines. The committee typically responds to applicants within two weeks of receiving a completed application.
