The OU Online Student Ambassador program seeks to provide current OU Online students with a new opportunity to connect with students, become ambassadors for their program, share their stories, and lead with authenticity. Ambassadors must have their own social media accounts and agree to collaborate with OU Online to create fun social media content that shares their student journey and promotes their program.

Here's everything you need to know about the Student Ambassador program, including eligibility and official details.

Open to OU Online students currently enrolled in Fall 2026 courses
Three students will be selected and notified in early August for onboarding
Ambassadors are expected to maintain contact with the OU Online Social Media team throughout their time in the program, including bi-weekly emails to check in and ensure the program is not conflicting with their academics
Student ambassadors are not eligible for financial compensation, scholarships, or other financial benefits
By submitting their information, applicants agree to receive communications related to the Student Ambassador program and OU Online programs
