OU Online’s M.S. in Engineering Leadership and Management (ELM) can be completed in as few as 12 months. The program emphasizes applying current management knowledge and tools for effective communication to a broad range of audiences and understanding the ethical and moral implications of decisions in fulfilling professional responsibilities.
The program includes five core courses in leadership and management, communication, data science and analytics, a project capstone, and five electives. Graduates will know how to successfully establish, lead, manage, and work in multidisciplinary teams to solve real-world problems effectively and efficiently using the core principles of engineering leadership and management. They will be able to grow intellectually while focusing on self-improvement through professional development.
Students can start in the spring or fall, joining asynchronous and synchronous sessions led by world-class OU faculty.

Tuition and fees for the program are $29,550 ($985 per credit hour). Books and additional materials are not included.
Once accepted into the program, students must submit a $350 nonrefundable deposit within two weeks. Deposits are applied toward tuition expenses and secure a student’s place in the upcoming class. There is no application fee for this degree.
